The first vegan cheese we’ve found that actually melts, bubbles and browns (yes, seriously) in the oven without any special treatment. Most importantly it has a deliciously mild flavour and does what it says on the label, which is more than can be said for many cheese alternatives, but as a bonus it’s such a joy to be able to buy it in a fully recyclable/reusable glass jar.

So so tasty! It melts beautifully and had a super mozzarella paste - perfection! A little goes a long way too so it's great value for money and will definitely be buying again!

The mild cheesy flavour and soft texture also work well in a salad - simply scoop small spoonfuls of cheese from the jar and mix with tomato, basil and olive oil for a tasty Caprese salad.
This cheese comes in a jar to avoid plastic packaging, simply slice or spoon out the size or shape you need for your desired dish and you can save the rest for later.
As for the name.. It was put to a public vote and it was there decided to be named after our founder Ellie!
