Shipping information

 

We aim to send out orders in 1-5 working days. You will receive a notification from us and from DHL to let you know your order is on its way. 

Alternatively if you are local to Weston Super Mare then you can collect your order from us! Simply select ‘Local Pick Up’ as your delivery option at checkout. Please then get in touch with us via email to arrange a good time to come by!

 

  • Delivery is free for orders over £50 - UK mainland only
  • Minimum order amount is £20.
  • Orders for mainland UK are sent via DHL next day delivery service at a rate of £4.99
  • Orders for Northern Ireland are sent via DHL on a two day service and have a separate shipping cost of £11.99. This is due to the extra charge from DHL for those locations.
  • Orders for Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands are sent via DHL on a two day service and have a separate shipping cost of £11.50. This is due to the extra charge from DHL for those locations.

We ask that you please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your parcel, as we also cannot be held responsible for deliveries that aren't delivered due to no-one being present.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase completes – it is really important that you check your shipping address is correct. If it is incomplete then please email us with an update as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays due to the incorrect address being given. We also cannot replace your order if it is due to an incomplete address.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us to let you know that your order has been dispatched. DHL will also email you to let you know that they have received your parcel and then you will receive a second email with an expected two-hour delivery timeframe window.

This timeframe cannot be amended as your cheese is marked as a perishable package and must be delivered within 2 days of dispatch so please be prepared to be present to receive. If you are not home and delivery is not possible then DHL will return your order to us and we are unable to replace it.

You do have the option via the DHL delivery email to select ‘deliver to safe space’ or ‘deliver to neighbour’ however please ensure that the safe space is specified and/or the neighbour is in and aware as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered and therefore returned parcels.

Please note DHL save your preference settings so if you have ever previously selected 'deliver to neighbour' or 'leave in safe place' then that is the delivery instruction that DHL will follow for all subsequent deliveries. If you are not sure if you have done this then PLEASE CHECK! We cannot be responsible for lost parcels as a result of DHL following protocol... even if you can't recall ever uploading it!
