I think this has to be my favourite vegan cream cheese. It has a lovely zesty smell, spreads very well and tastes wonderful! I love it on toast and works well with a green salad too.
Baked and marinated carrots make our Faux Lox, combined with creamy cultured cashews, blended with zesty lemon and fresh dill. Perfect on a toasted bagel with avocado, or on blinis with a cocktail!
Shelf life upon receiving average 14-18 days.
Suitable for freezing - freeze on day on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.
