Farmhouse
I’ve not had dairy cheese for well over 20 years now. I’ve tried a lot of different non-dairy cheeses in that time and, as I’m sure you know, the quality varies a great deal. This Farmhouse cheese from Kinda is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. It has a nice sharp tang to it, I had it on some oatcakes both with and without chutney and it was delicious both ways. I haven’t tried cooking with it yet, but I see no reason to doubt that it will be equally as tasty in a sauce or as melted cheese on toast.
Farmhouse is strong in flavour and definitely reminds me of a popular British cheese! It’s what I’ve been missing since going vegan and I will definitely be ordering more.
These cheesees are simply wonderful and I now wouldn't buy anything else!
